Wednesday exercise

Okay well post here, what did you do for exercise today? I play 2 1/2 sets of tennis...I just could't play anymore..LOL.
It's cold and drizzly here today so I'll probably just do some weight and resistance training today. Situps (traditional and reverse), pushups, squats, lunges, chair dips, bicep and tricep curls, that's all I can think of right now. I do as many as I can of each in one set and do three sets of each. On a sidenote, I'm trying to make exercise a habit so I'm focusing on that more than my weight loss or diet right now so I love the idea of checking in with my exercise for the day.
I did an hour of karate. I'm SORE!!!!! Monday night was our first night back after a 2 1/2 week break for the holidays and my legs are KILLING me!!! lol Too many squats. If the weather's okay tomorrow we'll go to that class, too. Randy really likes the other class (the one we don't normally go to--there are lots of cool kids in it *rolls eyes*). I figure 3 nights a week is good. Great job, Kaye and Cori!!! Keep up the good work. Kaye, I never really liked tennis because that court is so darned big! lol I like raquetball. Nice, small contained court. Less running.
i do play doubles, but we are a competative team so we play hard. Today too hard for me, I got hit twice, once pretty hard and then i fell (true embarrassment). I more like dove for a ball because i didn't want to lose set point, but I am not graceful like I used to be! And Tink, I am trying really hard to do something to get off my butt everyday. I play tennis mwf, so I am trying to do the gym thing. But I will settle for anything active. I have just been too sedate lately and it shows!
