Okay, I'm feeling much better this morning. :) So here it is.

Starting weight--160 (19 Dec 07)
Goal weight--130
Current weight--153
Total loss--7lbs :)

I haven't been to the gym for a weigh in, and don't trust my bathroom scale, so I will post when I get a chance. I've kinda (ok, majorly) fallen off the WW wagon, but I actually lost weight after going back to a regular diet. I don't know if I will get back on WW, we'll see how the weekend goes. :)

OMG Ladies I went and signed up for meetings again tonight and I am so disgusted with myself. I have not been this heavy since I was 9 months pg with dd and she is now 6. I talked with my new leader about the weight I have put on this last year and we both agree that a lot of it was probably from stress. I have gotten rid of 2 of my major stressors from this last year and now that I have sent my husband off and I don't have the anticipation of him leaving and the making sure he is well fed befoe he goes, lol.... I'm determined to take better care of myself. I will be going to school Tuesday-Saturday but my sister is here to help me and we together are doing weight watchers so that should help temendously.

Cat- Congrats on your loss, keep up the good work.

Crystal- Jump back on, we'll slow it down for you, lol.

Don't be so hard on yourself, Kristie! We all screw up, believe me. You can do this! Having your sister there doing it with you will be a HUGE help! I wish my dh could commit to doing it with me (even if it meant he'd lose twice as much as me, twice as fast! lol). Maybe I'll have to work on him. He's said several times since I started how he'd like to lose 20lbs. :)

Crystal, we are SO slowing the wagon down for you! lol I cheated like crazy yesterday. Let me explain (I know, excuses, excuses :) ). Every Friday is pizza day at my house for the daycare kids. Yesterday I had two school agers here besides my own and two littler ones so I let the four older kids make pizza instead of me cooking a frozen one or ordering one. Well, they did a GREAT job!!! Too good, because I ate two pieces for lunch and two more last night for dinner! lol Then Randy spent the night at a friends so dh and I took Robin to Wendy's for a frostie. Well, I didn't resist this time. I gotta say, though, my body is NOT happy with me this morning.

Okay, Girls. Time to get serious. Dh gave me his old MP3 player and I'm going to load it up with my music. I'm either going to start running (outside if it's nice, at our rec center on the treadmill if it isn't) or roller blading (again, if it's nice out). Karate also starts back up next week and that'll be 2-3 times a week. WE CAN DO THIS!!!!! Are ya with me??? :)

I'm so with you and so ready to get on the ball. Due to my school schedule Mondays are going to be my meeting/weigh days. I don't know that I will be able to check in everyday when school starts but I will try.

I'm *really* late at weigh in, but I was waiting until I went to either the gym or the doctor.

Starting weight- 126
Goal weight- 105
7 Jan 08 weight- 119.5
Pounds to goal- 14.5
Total loss so far- 6.5lbs

I find that total loss to be quite depressing, but I am below 120 again, and it was over the holidays that we started this. So, back on the wagon, although not the WW wagon!
I need to get back to the gym ASAP!!!

Crystal, 6.5lbs is awesome!!! Remember, the closer you are to your goal weight the longer it will take to lose. You're doing great!!! :)

I've been cheating all weekend and today I did better, but I'm still over my points. We did go back to karate tonight and I lifted some weights this morning (upper body). If I train for the 1/2 marathon I don't think WW will work. We'll see.

Ok I know is early to weigh but as you know I started back on WW on Friday. We decided we were going to go to our meetings on Monday mornings instead due to my school schedule. So we went this morning and I lost 6lbs and my sis lost 4.4. So we are off to a good start.
