I am curious. I have been watching what I eat and increasing my activity in the past 2 weeks and realized I need something more structured. So, I toyed with the idea of joining Weight Watchers and ordered the At Home kit they offer. I wasn't sure if I could make it to weekly meetings and figured I'd start on my own. I have been reading a couple websites and have a general idea about it. It looks like something I can do.
I don't diet anymore. I've given it up. I just gain the weight back. I've been exercising everyday during the week. I try to make healthier choices. I don't give anything up. If I feel like chips, I go for the Baked Lays. I also count out the serving, instead of eating out of the bag. If I am hungry in the afternoon, I grab an apple or something healthier. I am not giving up bread and pasta either. I opt for whole grain varieties. I feel a lot better since doing this. I've heard great things about WW. It seems to be pretty much watching your Calorie intake. It does seem like an easy way to do it though! Good luck with whatever you decide!
