Opra asked people if they were willing to do WHATEVER it takes to lose weight. Did anyone else accept this challenge? Wondering if you too are ready and if so what great things you have started doing for yourself to help you lose weight and get fit? In the opera book MAKING THE CONNECTION it suggests 10 goals here are the 5 i am trying right now and that I remember off hand. 1. Don't eat 2-3 hours before bed time. (VERY HARD TO DO) 2. Drink lots of water 3. No alchol 4. Extercise every day 5. Make the commitment everyday to a new lifestyle and do what you can
