And i'm only up to 1140 so i don't think i really want to cram 500 more down me?If i'm not hungry i'm not going to eat.I will probably eat a bowl of cereal or something later tonight.
Good gosh, woman! Can we trade Calorie amounts please? LOL! Find something healthy that you can add calories to. Like oatmeal, made with milk, with fruit and a little honey on top, or peanut butter with your apple. Just layer more good things to what you eat. Add sprouts,a slice of low fat cheese, and tomato to your sandwich. Add some grilled chicken to your salad. Or make some whole wheat croutons. Just don't add more chocolate to your diet! LOL!
Oh no chocolate here except the pudding i ate lmao seriously i haven't had much in the treats department since i started this lifestyle change = )
