I didn't do too bad on food yesterday but i didn't get the 1 mile workout in either because all morning i slept it away and then i wasn't home at all i left at 12:30pm and got back around 4:30 pm and had to rush back out to go to work...by the time i got home it was almost midnight and well i'm too tired lol i might and this is a big might do 2 miles today = ) instead of 1 lol = ) have a great day and i will write back later ... = )

I did pilates yesterday. I am about to hop in the shower because I have tons of errands today. I am going to park farther out, so I can get some extra walking in.

I'm going nuts because the hotel we've been staying in has no workout room, I thought about running outside, but it's too dangerous.

well i did workout not to a dvd but i did just as i said to crystal i did sidesteps and moved my arms too so i got a pretty good workout while i was watching dr. phil lol = )
