Well i didn't do too bad yesterday with my choices or as bad as usual anyways...i did however have about 7 cookies early this morning but i'm moving on from that = ) later today when alex get's home we are supposed to do the walk away the pounds dvd again...he wanted to do this at 6am lol of course i told him we would yesterday but wowsers that's early = ) i was trying to show him other ways we could work out besides actually watching the dvd by just moving back and forth whenever we were just standing around...waiting on the bus or any other time really = ) well hope everyone has a great day...
Brandy, I think it is great that you are doing this for Alex and yourself. I bet it will be easier now that you have a partner to do it with!! He sounds very motivated, LOL, 6am is early! I have been doing pilates, and upper body weights. I have committed to 3 days a week of exercise until the craziness of the holidays are over. Then, I am going to add on, and get up to 5-6 days a week. My foot is doing so much better now that I am doing stretching exercises for it. How is everyone else?
oh, and I wanted to add....If you do make a bad choice with food, do exactly what you are doing today, just move on from it. It is over and done with, so put it in the past, and just keep going!!
