How did everyone do today? Cori, I saw your post on the other thread, did you stick to your healthy snack and dinner? I've started a food journal, I'm trying to eat foods that are filling and healthy without a lot of calories. Calories rack up quickly, I can't imagine what I was taking in before I started watching my diet!! So, I went to the gym, ran a mile (without stopping, YAY!!) did a mile on the elliptical, and biked miles of hills. I'm pretty satisfied with that workout.
great job crystal = ) I didn't do too much in the form of exercise but i didn't eat like i did the day before either = ) so woohoo for that one lol = )
