Natalie is feeling great now. She spent the day at my parents (I work on Thursdays) and is acting totally normal. I'm strapping her into the carseat to go home, she tilts her head back and laughs and I get a quick glance of a red spot. I have her tilt back again and say ahhh and she has at least 6 white blisters in her throat!!!! I can't believe it!! Some of you had mentioned possible strep from her fever and vomiting the day before yesterday and you were so right!

I called the ped immediately and we have an appt. tomorrow morning at 8:30. I'm so glad I saw them or she might have gotten ill again this weekend, just in time for the Easter bunny.

There should be some kind of award for the knowledge on this board!! LOL

yep, if she gets some meds in her tomorrow, she should be feeling better by Saturday and definitely feel good on Sunday. I'm glad you noticed it!

This place is pretty wonderful, isn't it? My dh gives me a hard time about the time I spend at MV. He says it's just a bunch of ladies "gossiping".:-( Yet, I shared this story with him, and he admits, it's more than gossip!

It's herpangina, not strep. No meds for it because it's viral and should go away in 2-3 days. She had a rough night lastnight, but seems fine today. She gets lots of ice cream and pudding this weekend!
