DD lost her first tooth!!!!

Moms View Message Board: Parenting Discussion: DD lost her first tooth!!!!

My DD lost her first tooth on Saturday!!! It was so funny! She was playing with her friend and they were watching the Curious George movie and acting like monkeys! She decided to suck her thumb, like George does, and when she pulled it out, out popped the loose tooth!!! She was so amazed!

We did the whole tooth fairy thing! My DH thinks I'm crazed because I put glitter on the money and tied it with a bow, and I left a glitter trail in her room (fairy's leave glitter, right?)

It was so much fun! She was so amazed when she woke up in the morning and found the money. But, she kept saying "where's my tooth?" I think she would have preferred to keep the tooth instead of the money!

Go figure!

My dd lost her third tooth yesterday and we are pretty sure she swallowed it. It was in her mouth before lunch and during lunch I said what happened to your tooth it's gone! We have not found it yet. She thought it was funny but started crying when she thought she would not get any money. She wrote the tooth fairy a note about it and he left her something and a note back.
