My friend recently bought a car seat at a yard sale,it is in great shape. But we wanted to make sure it was safe. We have the name and the model number, is there anyway with this information that could help us find out if there is a recall on it or that it is safe?

It is a Graco LAPC0074A.

No luck finding a recall? What specific model is it? A Snugride, ComfortSport? What is the date of manufacture?
