Lauren is 6 months old today... It is amazing how fast she has grown...Im happy and sad. My little girl is growing up.. *sniff*

Happy 6 Months, My Little Bean!!

She is sitting up and trying to crawl now. And yesterday I put her on her tummy and she put her knees under her and scooted her arms close and sat up all by herself, so I think she likes to sit up. It's so precious to see her doing things when she is so little.

She has gerber oatmeal 2 times a day now, we tried babyfood but she's not ready yet, so we'll wait a little longer. It's also a special time for me because we have made it breastfeeding 6 months! A Goal I never thought I would reach, this is a very emotional day for me for some reason...I'm so happy!

I'm amazed at how quickly six months have gone by. Is everything going well with her now? I'm really impressed with your persistance in breastfeeding. It has obviously paid off for both of you.

Time flies when you are having fun! That is so cool when they can sit up by themselves! Sarah was a month early, so she didn't sit until about 7-8 months, but I suppose she really did it on time, if you measured from her due date and not her birthdate.

I only made it TO 6 months breastfeeding mine. I hope it works out for you to go longer. I wanted to, but my body had other plans.
