Each grading period Brendan has gotten a perfect attendance award, this 9 weeks he missed a week because of his pink eye so I knew he wouldn't be receiving that award.

Today they sent home papers telling us about the awards ceremony to be held tomorrow morning at 9am, usually they only send these home with the kids that are going to be getting an award so I called up to the school to verify. I talked to the front office and then had them transfer me to Ms Beck, she said that he would be getting the "Most Improved" award!!!

I'm so very excited, I've wanted him to get this award all year long because I have seen improvement. I'm so excited! He doesn't know he's getting the award and doesn't realize what a big deal it is!!!
