My neighbor just got one of these and she asked me a question about it. She thought I had gotten one too, but I actually got the Parkway. She said that the back part is securely attached to the base. But, that the back part seems a bit wobbly. She said that she adjusted it, so that it fits firmly against the seat of the car, but it doesn't seem to "lock" in place. Is it suppose to be this way, or is there some way she can tighten it? I told her I didn't know, but I would ask. She is not sure if it is this way because it folds up, or if she doesn't have it installed right.

Tell her it's OK. That's the way it's supposed to be. It's not rigid like some boosters. Nothing to be concerned about.
