MOMMY BRAG!!!!!!!!!!
I am so proud of my baby girl. For the past week and a half, Rylee has been putting herself to sleep by herself for nap and bedtime. I no longer have to rock her. In a way, I am a little sad, because I don't have that snuggle time, but it is ok. My little girl is becoming Miss. Independant.
It is a good thing that she can fall asleep by herself. I tried rocking my oldest dd to sleep, but noticed that she was always so restless in my arms. When I would lay her down, she would get all snuggled in her bed and go right to sleep! I was sad that I really didn't get to rock her much, but on the other hand, I hardly ever had trouble with her getting to sleep or getting back to sleep!
I know this sounds horrible, but I can't wait for Olivia to get to this point. We had such a hard time with her brother, at 28 months he finally started sleeping through the night. I just do not want that to happen with her.
Awwww.... Rylee is becoming so independent. Kaitlyn has been putting herself to sleep for a while and I still miss those nights of rocking her.
Awwww... what a big girl! Christopher hasn't let me rock him to sleep since he was 3 months old (and he didn't like it then, I just didn't realize it). It's nice that he has always gone to sleep, but I got very little of the cuddling
BE GLAD!! I rocked Scotty to sleep and then it progressed to having to go to bed when he went to bed. It took me 7 years to get that kid out of my bed LOL! Gabe starting putting himself to sleep early and it was a God send!
