My baby (oh how he hates it when I call him that) is 8 years old today. He has lost all that baby cuteness and looks like a growing boy of 8. It is bittersweet. Of course I want him to grow up....but just not so fast. LOL
Anyone else suffer pains as the years go by?
I suffer the same my daughter with each passing year. She is going to be 10 and is already developing. It just seems to go by so fast!
If they could just stay babies longer....

My DS will be turning 8 in August. When I checked on him last night before I went to bed I watched him sleep for a little while. Hard to believe he's such a big boy now. Definitely bittersweet. Seems like just yesterday I was holding him in the hospital. WHERE did all the time go?! Sniff, sniff... YES, they do grow up too quickly! My "baby" is turning 6 next month. Geez......... *Heavy Sigh*

Thanks Amy! It was my grandfathers name. Though I did not know him well, I always liked the name and knew my son would be named it. I like unique names!
