Trina- Do you live near Torrington, CT? I'm thinking you might. Here is a link to a brochure for the upcoming Minds in Motion program there. I jsut went to one in Westport last weekend. They are awesome. There are programs for parents and kids. Anyone can register. I thought it might be helpful for you to get some of your questions answered.
