My 6yr old is sick and home from school. She told me she wanted me to spend the whole day holding/hugging her. When I explained I had to get my work done too, but that I would keep checking on her, she said "mum, what's more important? A clean house or hugging your sick child?" Needless to say, I spent the afternoon watching a video with her right beside me.
