DD (Will be 3 on 3/1) is becoming more interested in actually going on the potty! We were at a playgroup yesterday and 3 of the kids were training and all 3 went to the potty while we were there. We get home and DD stripped down and she sat and went pee on the potty! I couldn't believe it. This morning, the same thing! I am in shock! I guess it is true that when they are ready, they will just do it! So, I'm still trying not to pressure her, but there is a lot of cheering and lollypops when she does go! LOL!

That is awsome! Go with it, encourage her. Dd will be 2 in 2 weeks and so far hasn't as she puts it "made stinky" in her pull up in two days. Only on the potty. Now if I could just get her to only "potty" on the potty and not in her pull up things would be great. I too am not pushing just encouraging...cheering and lollypops here too! Good Luck! The first time she "made stinky" she got to call Shrek and tell him. She was so excited!

She went 3 times today!! OMGosh! I can't believe it. We ran some errands tonight and she came home with a dry diaper and sat on the potty and went again! So cool! Although, now I don't know if I am ready for this. LOL!

Another bittersweet moment, Eve?

Madison is potty trained now, and staying dry all night. On the one hand you are thrilled, on the other hand, it makes you realize how much they've grown. Just last weekend I told her she had to stop growing up so fast, and stay little for a while longer. She looked at me like I had grown a third eye! ROFL

Way to go Sydney! Nico will be 3 soon after Syd and I'm afraid we are falling behind on the potty training. I haven't strictly enforced it yet though. He will go on it sometimes, only pee though.
