Feona Havent read the article yet. But, many OB/GYNs prescribe one baby aspirin a day to prevent blood-clotting as some people have this blood clotting disorder and makes them miscarry.
I know I am so confused. Doesn't make any sense does it?
I get confused reading all this info on this subject. After having 3 miscarriages, Ive read tons and tons of literature on the subject. And, I know many women to take one baby aspirin a day for blood clotting issues. Im still going through testing and dont have all the results back.My OB/GYN told me even if nothing was found in my tests results, she would still go ahead prescribe baby aspirin and progesterone for me, as she said this wont harm anything even if not needed. I frequent other boards with people ttc after miscarriage, and many of them are taking baby aspirin.
I know I am taking it too...

I guess the baby aspirin is okay but the regular aspirin isn't okay.
I am one of those women who has a clotting issue and the autoimmune disorders I have causes third trimester miscarriage (doctors have told me how very very lucky I am to have had two successful pregnancies). My doctor prescribed a baby asprin a day for my last pregnancy and I had no problems from it.
