Karate For Young Children

Just wondering if anyone has their young children in karate? We have a program called Kinder Kicks for 3-5 year olds. My neighbor has her 4 year old in the program and they both are very happy with it. I'm thinking of enrolling my son as it starts very early in the evening and will not interfere with bedtime. I'm just a little unsure about starting an organized program at such an early age (he's 3 years old). Any experiences?
Hhhmmm..not sure if this is considered an "organized program" or not but Natalie started Kindermusik at about 15 mths. and only ended the program at 2 because the teacher left the area. It was once a week for 1 hour. She started gymnastics at a little before 2 years, 30min. per week and now is up to 45min./week. I think they both were/are great programs for her. She is not in daycare or at a babysitter ever, so she has learned about sharing, taking turns, and listening to the teacher, besides the content of the classes. I think it would be great for him!
My kids were both in "Karate" early. Quotes because it was more like organized chaos with a few kicks and swings and HEEHA's screamed in. But they ran and played with other kids and learned to wait their turn and just have fun. Go for it.
Thank you both so much for your comments. I was just a bit worried as we are already doing quite a bit, I thought that maybe one more activity might be just too much. Starting September this will be our schedule: Monday morning - both children in preschool Tuesdays - home all day with me, mostly free play while I attend to household stuff Wednesdays mornings - child care at the gym and Big Bird Club Thursday mornings - I have a ladies group and the children are in organized child care much like preschool Friday mornings - child care at the gym and Big Bird Club Saturday - family time with me and DH Sunday mornings - Sunday school So they are busy kiddos. I was thinking Karate as I'm trying to teach my older child boundries when it comes to being physical with his younger sibling, but I know I can do this on my own, it might just take me a bit longer. After reviewing my schedule I think my guys are busy enough. I would love to put them into Kindermusik in fact one of my friends runs a program, I wish it wasn't so expensive. Aaaaahhhh so much too do, so little time.
