DD was just on the phone to all her loved ones. Each one she told "guess what, I got my tonsils out, but I'm feeling much better now. They made my hangy down thing sick"

I asked her what she was saying and she said that having her tonsils out went fine, but the drs made her hangy down thing (uvula) sick instead.

Gotta love those moments.

Thanks again everyone for your thoughts. They got me thru the morning when I needed it most.

BUMP FOR OLIVIASMOM. This was a very scary moment when DD started choking on the uvula. So just be aware that it can happen after the surgery drugs wear off.
