So on Friday, the boys and I started some seeds indoors. They came with a little greenhouse kit. We will have an herb garden-Genovese Basil, Oregano, and Italian Parsley. We will also have flowers-Zinnia, Cupid's Dart, and Snapdragons.

I also have an Avocado seed that's been soaking for a week now and it's already cracked open. Can't wait to show the boys how a plant looks when it is growing from the seed. Where are the magnifying glasses?

Oh, and Dh came home that night with a huge bag and a medium box both full of succulent cuttings. Gotta sort through that for some goodies.

You are always encouraging my not so green but well intended thumb. Up here we still could get snow so indoors is where its at!

I'm officially inspired. Didn't I say last year I wasn't going to do this again.

I will say Mommy 3 the spice garden last year was very cool but only in containers. Loved the chocolate mint.
