Okay so in my boredom today I was surfing websites. I saw the neatest background paper. It is a technique called Smackin Acetate. Does anyone know how to do this? My best guess is that you color or stamp on a sheet of acetate and then take a mist bottle and wet it and the smack a sheet of glossy paper to it. But I was hoping for some pointers!
