HOW DO I USE THE HELP DESK? Questions addressed to the Help Desk will not immediately post. They will be held in "queue" for viewing & handling by the administrators/moderators and posted once approved. It is recommended that before asking a question, you check the Help Desk to see if your question has already been answered in the past. WHAT ABOUT EXTREMELY PERSONAL/SENSITIVE ISSUES, QUESTIONS, & PROBLEMS? Because all messages are held in queue for moderator approval before posting to the Help Desk, any questions posted here of an extremely personal nature or regarding a sensitive issue will of course not be approved for public posting, but will instead be handled via email. Therefore, please be sure to request that your post not be made public & include your MomsView username & email address in the BODY of your message so that you can be contacted. This also means that you can use the Help Desk for virtually ANY question or problem you may have & not have to worry about having your message made public. Look at it as an alternative to email. WHICH QUESTIONS POSTED TO THE HELP DESK WILL ACTUALLY BE MADE PUBLIC? Any questions received at the Help Desk that are felt to be of potential help to others will be answered & posted for public viewing . Check the Help Desk a short while later to receive your answer. (The answer will appear below your question.) They may also occasionally be answered privately via email. CAN YOU POST "ANON" ON THE HELP DESK" Yes. CAN I EMAIL AN ADMINISTRATOR, RATHER THAN POST AT THE HELP DESK? We ask that you consider posting to the Help Desk anonymously. If, however, your question is far too sensitive to do so, yes, you may email an administrator. To do so, click "Contact" in the left frame under "Utilities."

I have been reading through the posts on momsview for a while now. I would like to join the message board to be able to post. But I only have a yahoo, hotmail and netscape e-mail account. What can I do about this? I can't get an account from my ISP. Thanks for your help. I look forward to joining the group.
