As the Help Desk is an open board to the public, & users do not need to be registered to post here, please feel free to post under this subject should you encounter any problems with registration. Examples: "Can't log in." "Didn't receive my password." Be sure to include the MomsView username with which you registered (or your desired username) and your EMAIL ADDRESS in the BODY of your message so that a moderator may reply to you with registration help. (Your email address will be deleted from this board once the moderator has handled your request.)
Recently my son's school has added a first/second grade combination class - does anyone have any input on this type of class? I just tried to register but it turns out my email address is already taken. I must have registered in the past and forgotten? I don't know my password or username. My email is wishbone@supercity.ca Your application was rejected by another moderator early this morning because it was incomplete. Try re-registering and completing the application.
I just registered and i have not recieved a password. The username I selected was Renantex and my email address is renantex2@aol.com. Help please. REPLY FROM ADMIN: Serena, our site does not automatically approve all applicants. Each application is reviewed by a moderator and then approved, or rejected if email addresses cannot be verified or the application is incomplete. Your application was just approved for membership, and you should have received your temporary password by now.

I have registered today and I can't log in, I do not have a password and would like to post a message on the message board All of the applications for membership are personally read and either approved or rejected by at least one moderator. We do this in our spare time, it is not an automated system. Your application was just reviewed and approved, you should be receiving an email with your login password soon.

The registration records are by username. You will have to re-register. Please note that you CANNOT register with a hotmail or other free e-mail account. You will have to register with your paid ISP e-mail address in the registration e-mail space. This e-mail is not shown in your profile and you can use your hotmail or other free e-mail in your public email listing.
I began registering and then got kicked out. I can not seem to continue registering under my current username. How can I continue? There was one incomplete application with your username that was rejected this afternoon. I don't know why you couldn't complete your application, it may be your internet connection. Please try again, and remember to read the registration through to the end.
