Can of Black Beans Can of corn or frozen corn Can of salsa (Jar or salsa) Dump in bowl. Microwave for 7 minutes or less. Stir Use soft tortilla wraps and this is a great vitamin packed meal. From prevention magazine.
I had this and it is good. Prevention magazine says you should have 5 servings of beans a week.
This is also a wonderful base for a dip. Add chopped cilantro, fresh lime juice and some grated cheese. Mix it all together and chill. Serve with chips.
