I want to use avocado on a sandwich. Any tasty ideas?

I like making an avacodo sandwich with swiss cheese & crab (I use the fake stuff). I grill/melt it in the oven for a few minutes & add mayo (or whatever you like).

Here is my favorite sandwich (and my 6yo loves them too).

pita (the kind with a pocket)
cream cheese
avacado
alphalfa sprouts
cucumber

Open the pita pocket and spead cream cheese inside. slice avacado and cucumber and place slices inside on top of cream cheese, stuff in alphalfa sprouts, eat. It is very tasty on a hot summer day!

I love avacado! It's one of my favorite foods! I could eat it on anything! I love it in salads too!With a little blue cheese and bacon over spinach! Yummy!

I actually just eat avacado and sprouts on either a pita or wheat bread. I love cucumbers on sandwiches too! Tunnia's sounds perfect! Bon apetit!

Yum, I love them with sprouts & tomatos too Just don't like pita bread, lol. And Eve--mashed avacodos are great with scrambled eggs too, sounds weird, but they're perfect together.
