Melt in your mouth Pork Chops

6-7 medium sized Pork Chops (about 2lbs)
1/2 cup red wine
2 tbs garlic salt
1 tbs ground black pepper
1/4 tsp salt

Mix all of your ingredients in a bowl except chops. Coat each pork chop with the marinade and lay them out in your baking dish single layer. Pour excess marinade over the top of the chops. Cover dish with plastic wrap and let stand at least 30 minutes. Overnight is better. Bake at 350 degrees until brown and juices run clear.
