Buffalo Chicken Pizza
Buffalo Chicken Pizza This thin, crunchy pizza delivers the traditional flavor of spicy Buffalo-style chicken wings. Need: 1pkg. refrigerated pizza crust (10oz.) 2 plum tomatoes seeded and chopped 1/2c. celery, chopped 1 c. shredded mozzarella 2 T. fresh parsley snipped 1/2 c. ketchup 1 T. vinegar 1 t. Tabasco pepper sauce 1/4 t. salt 2 garlic cloves, pressed 1 1/2c. cooked chicken 1/4 c. ranch or blue cheese dressing (FYI:I don't use tomatoes or celery, my parsley is NOT fresh, I use garlic powder, and it's still delicious!) Preheat to 450. Spray cookie sheet or flour a baking stone. Unroll dough and roll out to desired thickness. Coarsely chop tomatoes and celery into a bowl. Add mozzarella and parsley, mix well, and set aside. In smaller bowl, combine ketchup, vinegar, tabasco, salt and garlic. Add chicken and mix well. Spread this evenly over the dough, then top evenly with cheese mixture. Bake at 450 for 5-7min. or until golden brown. Drizzle with dressing and enjoy!
