Just found out my sister is coming Saturday for the night. Anyone have any good ideas for an easy but special Easter breakfast. Something easy and relatively quick because I have 12 more coming for dinner.

french toast with cinnamon and nutmeg, fresh fruit tray and fresh orange juice with coffee sounds good to me. Quite frankly if it was me I would just be happy with someone else making ME breakfast HAPPY EASTER!

For Christmas morning, I cook migas (scrambled eggs with cheese and pico de gallo in tortillas) and serve it with fresh fruit. Very easy.
