1 pkg. (6 oz.) cream cheese, softened 3 T. mayonnaise 1 pkg. powdered taco mix ¼ c. chopped black olives ¼ c. chopped plum tomato skinned and seeded 3 chopped jalapina peppers 1 T. green onion ¼ c. shredded jack cheese 8 (8 inch) flour tortillas With electric mixer, beat mayonnaise, taco mix and cream cheese together until smooth. Stir in cheese, olives, jalapinas and green onion. Spread ¼ cup mixture on each tortilla to the edges. Roll each tortilla tightly with spread in center. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate 2-8 hours before serving. Before serving, cut each tortilla roll into ½" rolls and arrange on a platter around a bowl of salsa for dipping.
