I am not Irish, but you don't have to be Irish to be Irish!

I usually just do corned beef and cabbage because the corned beef is always on special this time of year. But an Irish woman told me once: "We don't eat that rot in Ireland."
Rot? Oh, sorry!

I do like the Soda Bread and I haven't made that in ages. Can't remember if I have a recipe for it either.
