Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing
4 Oz. White Balsemic Vinegar 8 Oz. Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3-4 Large Cloves Garlic, pressed Juice of 1/2 Lemon Several TBSP of Zatarains Creole mustard to taste Fresh ground pepper to taste Dash of Worchestershire sauce to taste If you have a cruet or similar, store in fridge in that. I like the Pampered Chef one, you can remix all the ingredients before serving. Keeps in the fridge for a week.
