Spinach & Artichoke Casserole
Spinach & Artichoke Casserole: 4 Packages frozen spinach, cooked and drainwd well 1 or 2 Large Cans water packed artichoke hearts, drained well, chopped (If you love artichoke hearts, use 2 cans) 1 Can water chestnuts, drained and chopped Bring the following to room temperature: 1 or 2 Large packages Philly Cream Cheese 1 Stick Butter Cream together well. Mix with other ingredients, add fresh ground black pepper and fresh minced garlic to taste. Bake until hot @ 350. You can adjust any or all of the ingredients to taste.
