Stevia is the only natural low cal sweetener that I've used that I can actually grow myself. Thought I should post this when I saw it. If you're like me and get fuzzy brained or retain water etc. from using some of the well known buy in a supermarket sweeteners:

Natural doesn't mean use as much as you want. It is hundreds of times sweeter than many sweeteners so use very little. The part I love is that I was able to buy seedlings and grow it with my herbs this summer - love it!!!!!
