CHERRY CRISP
CHERRY CRISP 1 can light cherry pie filling ¼ tsp. nutmeg 1 c. biscuit mix ½ c. light brown sugar ½ c. chopped walnuts ¼ c. granulated sugar ½ tsp. cinnamon ¼ c. butter or margarine Preheat oven to 350°. In a medium bowl toss together brown and granulated sugar. Add biscuit mix and mix well. Toss spices and nuts until well blended. Melt butter and add while tossing until mixture forms a crumb consistency. Pour pie filling into glass or ceramic pie plate. Sprinkle crumb mixture to cover top. Bake for ½ hour or until hot and bubbling. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
