TREASURES OF THE SEA CASSEROLE
TREASURES OF THE SEA CASSEROLE 2 c. cooked rice 2 T. chopped celery 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted 2 T. chopped green onion 2 T. cream sherry wine ½ lb. raw shrimp 1 T. lemon juice ½ lb crab meat or sea legs ½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce ½ c. shredded cheddar cheese ½ tsp. dry mustard 2 T. melted butter or margarine ¼ tsp. fresh ground pepper Mix together all ingredients and bake in a greased 1 ½ quart casserole, uncovered, at 375° for 40 minutes.
