SEAFOOD NEGAL

2 (6 ½ oz.) cans minced clams
6 oz. chopped crab meat or imitation crab meat
½ c. cooked small shrimp or salad pieces
½ c. cream sherry
1 ½ c. shredded cheddar cheese
½ c. no-fat sour cream
3 T. margarine
1 (8 oz.) can mushroom pieces drained
1 med. onion chopped
3 T. corn starch
½ c. water
¼ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper


In a medium sauce pan, saute` onions and mushrooms until tender. Drain clam juice into pan. Add sherry. Warm over low heat. Add sour cream and cheese. Mix well. Mix corn starch and water. Stir until smooth. Add corn starch mixture. Stir over medium heat until smooth and thick. Add crab and warm. Add shrimp. Cook until just pink.
Remove from heat and add clams. Stir and serve immediately over rice or noodles.
