I made these for a fundraiser this past week and they were a huge hit and so easy to make so I thought I'd share.


Peanut Butter Brownie Cupcakes

-1 box chewy fudge brownie mix (13x9 pan size) prepared according to the cake-style directions on the box
-1 package Reeses Peanut Butter Cups
-peanut butter chips

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place cupcake liners in a muffin pan and spray with cooking spray.

Prepare the brownie mix according to the cake-style directions and fill cupcake liners half full.

Place one unwrapped Reeses Peanut Butter Cup in the center of the batter of each cupcake and gently press until the batter just covers the peanut butter cup.

Sprinkle the top of the batter with a few peanut butter chips.

Bake for about 20 minutes.

Makes about 15 cupcakes.
