Does any one have a good dumpling recipe?Mine almost always turn out tough and are like big globs of cooked rubber.I had that tonight for dinner and wasn`t very pleased with the results.I don`t know what I do wrong.Some friends suggest Bisquick but I don`t like to use that because it dosn`t have a long shelve life.Any of your recipes or suggestions will be appreciated.TIA

i just use flour and eggs ... and tad of salt
mix till u get a thich dough and then roll real thin and let set for a bit 10 minutes to rest then slice in to squares put into pot of boiling broth and turn down to low and put the lid on.... ready in about 15 minutes all ways good ...
