This has become my husband's birthday cake which just happens to be today.

1 chocolate cake mix (any kind)
1 pkg of Oreo cookies or the alike cookies
1 pint of heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c. to 1 c. or so of powder sugar

Make can in 2 round pans and cool. (I like to make the day ahead if I can and freeze). Whip cream will vanilla and powder sugar. Crush half a bag of cookies until small to fine. Fold into whipped cream and frost the cake. I add the rest of the cookies for decoration on the sides and top.

P.S. I have tried this with cool whip too. Get a large tub if you are short on time. Leave out vanilla and powdered sugar. Not as good to us though.
