Ohhhhh, I've had this before and it is sooooo YUMMY!!!
I LOVE cheesy hashbrowns! Yum! My SIL makes them every Christmas!
I make this every Christmas. As a breakfast food, I use Cream of Potato soup and leave out the onions. I make it first for our large family gathering which we have changed to Christmas eve brunch - this way we can decompress Christmas day, we have different foods, and then we have time for the kids to play without having to rush to the next place. I also fix what I call breakfast casserole with eggs, sausage, cubed bread, and cheese. I always do a 2nd small dish of each for our house on Christmas morning, so we have something for the grandparents when they come to see what Santa has brought.
