I've made this before. It's very good and the kids love it; of course.

I make this with the leftover Christmas Ham:

7 slices white bread (take the crust off)
8 Eggs
1 pound mild cheddar cheese
4 cups milk
2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
Canadian bacon
Dash Worcestershire

Grease a 9 X 13 pam

Take the 7 slices of bread and tear or cut them of into 1 inch cubes and place them at the bottom of a 9 X 13 pan

Grate the cheese & chop up the Canadian Bacon

Mix all ingredients together and then pour over the bread that is lining the bottom of the pan

Place in a oven at 350 for 1 – 1 1/4 hours

That’s it!! Pretty easy.

You can do regular bacon instead of Canadian, but then you have to cook the bacon first. Canadian bacon is pre-cooked.

Thanks, Bea! I printed out the recipe and will try it Christmas morning. Who knows? You might have just given us a Christmas tradition. I sure hope so. Thanks again, Bea. :)
