I want to make DH garlic sauteed mushrooms. Anyone have any good recipes they've tried?

I just brown butter with some minced garlic, add sliced or whole button mushrooms, and stir until lightly browned. If you add salt, don't do it until they are ready to be served. The salt pulls moisture from the mushrooms and makes them watery and tough. I make a brown gravy with these to serve on top and have a really crusty bread to dip with. This is one of my favorite dinners with a small steak and a green salad.

I love them sauteed in a little butter, with a dash of salt and pepper. Just before serving I add a bit of sweet sherry wine and let them simmer for about 5 minutes. Yummy
