Moms View Message Board: Cooking and Recipe Discussion: Beef/Veal: What to do with rolled steak?
I have some rolled steak that I have no idea how to cook. I put one in the crock pot, after snipping off the string, thinking it would be like a roast. It came undone and I ended up shredding it for BBQ. It was good, but there's got to be something else I can do with this type of cut... TIA
