Chicken Taco Meat in the Crockpot.
Take 3-4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast and place them in the Crockpot. Add 1 package of Taco Seasoning and 1-2 cans of Mexican Stewed Tomatoes, then add 1-2 cans of water. Cook on low for 8 hours. The chicken just falls aprt as you take it out but I always put it in a containter and shred it up so it's ready to go for tacos. You can also use a sm-med Beef Roast to make Beef Tacos and follow the above directions. Enjoy.
