Give me your best Sweet Potatoe Pie/Casserole recipe!!! I'm making one this Sunday for our Thanksgiving Dinner at church and I want some ideas. TIA

Sweet Potatoe Pecan Pie

3 eggs beaten
1 C mashed sweet potatoe
1/2 C dark corn syrup
1 C white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix together,pour into unbaked pie shell.Put about 1 C chopped pecans on top of pie before baking.
Bake at 350 degrees 45 min. - 1 hour,or until pie is "set".
