Hashbrown Casserole
1 lb ground beef 1 ( 24 oz) bad frozen hashbrowns ( not the shredded kind) thawed 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 can cream mushroom soup 1 medium onion, diced 1 cup sour cream 1 large can durkee french fried onions 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese Brown beef and salt, drain Transfer to a large bowl Add hashbrowns, soup, sour cream, cheese and onion Mix well. Spread into a large casserole dish Bake at 350 for 35-45 min Top with french fried onions and bake 10-15 min more. Dont let onions burn.
