The two year old liked this recipe. I thought it was delicious. I don't like the pie crust in Quiche. Too Greasey.


Made this easy quiche with out a pie crust in a
flat pan. I cooked it at 350 degrees in the oven and browned it with broil setting. Oil the pan. Should have a thick consistancy.

1 Package of Frozen Spinach or broceli

1 tablespoon of Onion Powder

3 types of cheese. I used riccota, mozerella, and parmesion.

Milk

Alot of eggs. I used 6
